摘  要:煤矿冻结凿井冻结站一直采用人工阀门控制方式来调节盐水流量,控制效率低,节能效果差,为此采用基于ARM的嵌入式系统构建流量控制硬件平台,将免疫控制与模糊PID有效结合,设计了一款基于免疫—模糊自整定PID的嵌入式盐水流量变频控制系统。仿真实验表明,嵌入式免疫模糊PID控制器能有效提高冻结凿井盐水流量调节的控制精度和效率,其鲁棒性、抗扰性均优于模糊PID和常规PID控制方式。The brine water flow of the refrigeration station for the mine freezing shaft sinking was always adjusted with the manual valve control method with low control efficiency and a poor energy saving effect.Thus an ARM embedded system was applied to establish a hardware platform of the flow control.In effective combination with the immunization control and fuzzy PID,a frequency conversion control system of the embedded brine water flow was designed base on an immunization-fuzzy auto setting PID.The simulation experiments showed that the embedded immunization-fuzzy PID controller could effectively improve the control accuracy and efficiency of the brine water flow adjustment for the mine freezing shaft sinking.The robustness and anti jamming were all better than the fuzzy PID and the conventional PID control mode.
