摘　　要：针对磁性槽楔在电机运行中易出现松动脱落的问题,分析了故障的原因,提出了工艺改进措施:使用时要注意槽配合及相关材料的配合使用,以确保磁楔在槽中牢固固定,从而保证磁楔的运行可靠性。In view of the problem that magnetic slot wedge may loose and fall off during the motor running, analysis was made on the fault causes, and the improvement measures were proposed in which the match of slot and related materials shall be paid attention in order to keep the magnetic wedge fixed in slot and operate reliably.
