一体式膀胱冲洗管在TUPKRP术后的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨一体式膀胱冲洗管道在经尿道前列腺等离子电切术(TUPKRP)后膀胱冲洗的作用。方法:将78例经尿道前列腺等离子电切术患者,按住院号单双号分为2组,观察组41例和对照组37例。观察组术后用一体式膀胱冲洗管道进行膀胱冲洗,对照组用NS500 mL与一次性输液器连接冲洗膀胱。评价2组术后膀胱冲洗效果。结果:观察组膀胱冲洗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用一体式膀胱冲洗管道进行膀胱冲洗能有效提高经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后膀胱冲洗效果,防止术后出血与术后并发症的发生。Objective：To investigate the role of the integrated bladder irrigation piping after transurethral resection with plasma electricity resection.Methods：71 Patients who were treated by transurethral resection with plasma electricity resection were divided into two groups,the experimental group 41 cases and control group 37 cases according to the odd and even number.Compared clinical effect of the integrated bladder irrigation piping in the experimental group,with that of the sterilizing infusion of single use NS 500 mL in the control group on bladder irrigating.Results：Smooth bladder irrigation,postoperative complication,and hospital stay were better in the experimental group than in the control group and there was statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：The integrated bladder irrigation piping improves the effect of irrigation after transurethral resection of the prostate with plasma kinetic energy（TUPKRP） and prevents the hemorrhage and postoperative complication,which also has widespread application in clinic.
