论中国特色公民文化的变迁

摘　　要：在中国传统文化里,臣民文化具有根深蒂固的基础。顺从思想和"官本位"思想,造成臣民文化中人的主体性被抑制。公民文化是一种现代与传统、东方与西方文化相融合的、以参与型为主导的复合型政治文化。在传统社会走向现代社会的进程中,只有以公民文化为价值取向,坚持和发展马克思主义,发展和完善法制和民主政治思想,发展市场经济,培养公民主体意识,合理借鉴与吸收西方公民文化,才能构建中国特色的公民文化。In traditional Chinese culture,the subject culture has deeply rooted foundation,the ideological obedient and ranking thoughts make the culture of human subjectivity of subjects were inhibited.And the citizen culture is a kind of modern and traditional,Oriental and western culture fusion,with the participated political culture dominated the compound.In traditional society to the process of modern society,with citizen culture as value orientation,upholding and developing Marxism,development and improvement of legal system and the democratic political ideology,development of the market economy,educate citizens to subject consciousness and reasonable reference and absorption western citizen culture,we can establish the Chinese characteristic citizen culture.
