MODS中西医结合“治未病”综合方案干预及临床评价研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合"治未病"综合方案的干预在预防多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)患者多器官功能不全中的临床价值。方法采用前瞻性随机对照研究方法,进行同期临床试验。将MODS患者分为实验组(中西医结合"治未病"综合方案干预组)和对照组(常规治疗组)。按"四证四法"的辨证施治原则对MODS患者进行中西医结合证型诊断与"治未病"综合方案的个体化干预。结果实验组病情稳定率明显高于对照组,实验组ICU病房病死率、DIC发生率、胃肠功能不全发生率明显低于对照组;实验组治疗后胃肠功能评分、APACHE-Ⅱ评分、Marshall评分在第3日和第7日均明显优于对照组。结论以多器官功能支持为主,同时给予中西医结合"治未病"综合方案个体化治疗,是目前临床MODS患者可行的、有效的救治方法,能降低其发病率、病死率。Objective： To explore the the clinical value of the intervention in MODS patients treated with the Comprehensive plan in ’Preventive Treatment of Disease’ Combined with traditional Chinese And Western Medicine.Methods： The prospective randomized controlled research methods were used to make clinical trials in the same period.MODS patients were devided into experimental group（Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine ＂of treating disease before＂ a comprehensive solution intervention group） and Control group（Routine treatment group）.The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis and comprehensive scheme of preventive treatment of disease were intervented individually according to the principle of ＂four syndromes four method＂.Result： The test group was significantly higher than that of control group in stable condition.The test group ICU ward mortality,the incidence of DIC,gastrointestinal function security were lower than the control group.The test group of gastrointestinal function score,APACHE score,Marshall score were better than the control group at 3th day and seventh day.Conclusion： To give priority to multiple organ function support,giving combine traditional Chinese and western medicine ＂ Preventive Treatment of Disease ＂ comprehensive solution individualization treatment at the same time,This is a feasible and effective treatment method to clinical MODS patients,and it can reduce the incidence of a disease and mortality.
