泻肺逐饮汤对恶性胸腔积液大鼠血清CYFRA21-1的影响

摘　　要：目的观察泻肺逐饮汤对恶性胸腔积液大鼠模型血清中细胞角蛋白片段21-1(CYFRA21-1)含量的影响,阐明其作用机理。方法将100只大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、中药组、力尔凡组、中药加力尔凡组。除空白对照组外,其余4组大鼠以1×108/L的艾氏腹水瘤细胞悬液胸腔内注射造模。从造模次日起,空白对照组、模型组予生理盐水灌胃7 d;中药组、中药加力尔凡组给予泻肺逐饮汤灌胃,每日1次,连续7 d;力尔凡组、中药加力尔凡组予力尔凡腹腔注射,隔日1次。造模后第8日取材,光镜下观察胸膜组织和胸水中的细胞形态的变化,用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测大鼠血清中CYFRA21-1的含量。结果模型组血清中CYFRA21-1含量明显高于空白对照组;中药组、力尔凡组、中药加力尔凡组血清中CYFRA21-1含量明显低于模型组;中药加力尔凡组血清中CYFRA21-1含量明显低于力尔凡组和中药组;中药组与力尔凡组含量相近。结论泻肺逐饮汤可显著降低恶性胸水大鼠血清中CYFRA21-1含量。Objective： to observe influence of the Xiefeizhuyin Decoction on malignant Pleural Effusion Rats serum CYFRA21-1.Methods： 100 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,Chinese medicine group,Lifein group,Chinese medicine ＋ Lifein group.The Normal group and model group were given 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection by gavage for 7 days.Chinese medicine group and Chinese medicine ＋ Lifein group were given Xiefeizhuyin Decoction by gavage once every day for 7 days.Lifein group and Chinese medicine ＋ Lifein group were given lifein by intraperitoneal injection once every other day.Materials were taken on the 8th days after made die.Changes of pleural tissue and pleural effusion cell shape were observed in the microscope light.The content of Rats serum CYFRA21-1 was determined by Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay（ELISA）.Results： the content CYFRA21-1of model rats was higher than the normal group;the content CYFRA21-1 of Chinese medicine group,Lifein group and Chinese medicine ＋ Lifein group were lower than normal group;the content CYFRA21-1 of Chinese medicine ＋ Lifein group was lower than Chinese medicine group and Lifein group.the content CYFRA21-1 of Chinese medicine group and Lifein group had no difference.Conclusion： the Xiefeizhuyin Decoction can Obviously reduce the content of Malignant Pleural Effusion Rats serum CYFRA21-1.
