摘  要:目的探讨丹参酮ⅡA对脓毒症大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用。方法采用盲肠结扎穿孔术制备脓毒症大鼠模型(CLP),给予丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液处理,治疗12 h后观察血流动力学情况,检测血清cTnI及BNP、心肌细胞TNF-α和IL-1β炎性因子水平,并通过制备心肌病理标本分析病理积分情况。结果与假手术+生理盐水组相比,其他各组大鼠的心功能降低,血清中的cTnI及BNP、心肌细胞炎性因子水平、心脏病理积分均升高;丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗后可改善脓毒症的以上异常,且对假手术大鼠的指标没有影响。结论丹参酮ⅡA对脓毒症大鼠的心脏损伤具有较好的保护作用,不仅降低了心脏炎性水平,而且还降低病理损伤。Objective: To explore the effect of Tanshinone ⅡA on the myocardial injury in rats with sepsis.Methods: The sepsis rat model was established by cecal ligation and puncture operation(CLP),and the Tanshinone ⅡA(Tan ⅡA) was given for 12 consecutive hours.Then,the following indices were measured such as hemodynamics,cTnI and BNP level in serum,TNF-α and IL-1β level in myocardial as well as myocardial pathologic score.Results: Compared with Control group,CLP treatment could result in reduced cardiac function,elevated serum cTnI and BNP,myocardial inflammatory factor levels and myocardial pathologic score;Tan ⅡA treatment can improve the above aberrant indices,while no influence on the indicators of the control group.Conclusion: Tanshinone ⅡA shows a protective effect on the cardiac injury in septic rats,reducing not only the cardiac inflammatory,but also the pathological damage.
