摘　　要：目的研究棉酚(gossypol)对胃癌细胞的增殖抑制作用。方法将不同浓度棉酚与胃癌细胞株SGC-7901作用,采用MTT法检测凋亡情况。结果经棉酚处理后增殖能力降低,细胞显示明显凋亡征象,并随药物浓度增加和作用时间延长而增加。结论棉酚在体外能诱导胃癌细胞SGC-7901发生凋亡,抑制细胞增殖,是一种具有潜在抗肿瘤作用的药物,值得进一步临床试验。Obsjective： To study the mode of action of gossypol on human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901.Methods： Gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 treated with various concentrations of gossypol were assessed.MTT assay was used to observe evidence of apoptosis and proliferation.Results： Cell proliferation of Gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 was decreased and the apoptosis was observed.Apoptotic death is to be dose and time dependent.Conclusions： Cossypol induces apoptosis and decreases cell proliferation in human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901.It is Suggested that gossypol might be apotential alternative of chemotherapy agent for gastric cancer.
