摘 要:通过对唐钢第一钢轧厂转炉冶炼炉次进行追踪、统计和分析,认为转炉喷溅、渣量和熔渣铁损、扒渣、入炉冷料用量和补炉次数等因素是影响转炉钢铁料消耗的主要因素,提出了改进吹炼工艺,降低转炉喷溅次数,提高操作水平;强化冶炼,提高一次拉碳命中率、强化底吹气搅拌降低终渣(FeO)含量和炉渣带铁量;增大含铁冷料用量,加强炉况管理、减少补炉次数的改进措施。With tracing,statistics and analysis of heats of converter smelting in No.1 Steel Rolling Mill of Tang Steel,it is considered that converter spitting,slag amount,iron loss in smelting slag,skimming,into-converter cold material quantity and times of fettling are the main factors to affect the consumption of iron and steel material for converter.It is proposed the following improving measures: improving blow process,reducing times of converter spitting,improving operation level;strengthening smelting,raising hits of percentage of once catch carbon,strengthening bottom-blown air and stirring to decrease end slag(FeO) content and bearing-iron amount in slag;increasing consumption of iron-bearing cold material,strengthening management of furnace condition,reducing times of fettling.
