摘　　要：首先从理论上对冲击线、滑移线产生的原因进行详细的剖析,并给出如何预防的对策;其次通过实例应用加以验证。希望通过对该问题的研究,能对从事汽车冲压模具设计、现场调试的工程技术人员有所借鉴和参考。Firstly, detailed analysis of reasons that result in impact lines ＆skid lines and the way to deal with how to prevent from them occurring. Secondly, validation of factual examples by the measures having be taken. At last, reference and teaching should be given to the engineering technologist who are engaged in vehicle＇ s die-designing or die-debugging through the research.
