摘 要:目的观察红光照射治疗糖尿病足溃疡的疗效。方法将60例糖尿病足溃疡创面患者随机分为两组,每组30例。观察组常规进行清创并用生理盐水清洗后,用红光照射治疗后换药包扎。对照组则常规进行清创并用生理盐水清洗后直接换药包扎。结果观察组治愈16例,有效12例,总有效率93.3%;对照组治愈9例,有效10例,总有效率63.3%两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论红光照射治疗可促进糖尿病足溃疡创面愈合,临床疗效满意。Objective To investigate the curative effect of red light irradiation treatment for diabetic foot ulcer.Methods 60 cases with diabetic foot ulcer wound were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group(30 cases)was irradiated in Carnation high-energy narrow-spectrum red light based on routine clinical debridement treatment and the control group(30cases)was just taking routine clinical debridement treatment.Results The total effective rate was higher in that in the treatment group with significant difference(P〈0.01).Conclusion Red light irradiation treatment can help to promote to diabetic foot ulcer healing.
