护理干预在维持性血液透析患者血压控制中的作用

摘　　要：目的观察护理干预对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者血压控制的的影响。方法将60例MHD高血压患者随机分成干预组和对照组各30例,对照组行常规护理;干预组在常规治疗的基础上给予全面系统的护理干预措施,对患者及家属从心理、认知、行为、饮食、用药、透析各方面进行干预。三个月后对血压进行测定和统计,分别计算收缩压、舒张压的平均值和低血压发生率。结果干预组患者的血压控制明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对透析患者进行全面系统的护理干预,能有效控制和稳定血压,减少心血管并发症,提高患者的存活率和生活质量。Objective To probe into influence of nursing intervention for curative effect of maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension.Methods 60 maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension were randomly divided into intervention group（30 patients） and control group（30 patients）.Patients of intervention group were given nursing intervention based on conventional dialysis and drug treatment.Then all cases were followed up for three months after intervention.Both changes of behavior pattern and the effect of blood pressure control between patients of two groups were compared.Results Life style of intervention group patients was markedly better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.And the effect of blood pressure control of intervention group patients was markedly better than that of control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectually enhance the curative effect of maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension and improve the quality of life of patients.It can decrease the occurrence of complications and avoid of slow down the development of illness condition of patients as well.
