摘　　要：阐述了加速寿命试验的基本理论;以典型的恒定应力加速寿命试验和步进应力加速寿命试验应用案例,回顾了加速寿命试验技术在弹药贮存可靠性工程中的应用状况;指出失效机理研究、数据统计分析和实验结果验证是工程应用中待优化解决的3个突出问题,展望了加速寿命试验技术在工程应用中的发展趋势。The basic theory of accelerated life testing was introduced.The typical constant test and step test were reviewed.The application of accelerated life test in storage reliability engineering of ammunition was analyzed.Three problems need to be solved were put forward,which were failure mechanism studies,statistical analysis and validation of experimental results.The development direction of accelerated life test in engineering application was prospected.
