摘 要:HAZOP分析方法是目前危险性分析领域最盛行的分析方法之一,广泛地应用于石油化工行业。但是其分析过程仅依靠专家积累的知识与经验,不仅评价的内容不严格,而且分析的可信程度有限,对实际工作的指导意义不高,不能适应工业现场的要求。鉴于HAZOP分析方法中的不足,提出了基于SDG模型的HAZOP分析方法,并利用该方法对钻井作业过程进行了危险性分析。基于SDG模型的HAZOP分析方法从复杂系统的内部逻辑入手,进行深层次的推理,不仅提高了分析效率,而且分析所得结果的完备性较好。Hazard and Operability(HAZOP) analysis is one of the most popular methods in the field of risk assessment.As an analysis on complete technology process,the method of HAZOP analysis has been widely used in petroleum and chemical industry.However,the analysis process of this method only depends on the knowledge and experience that the experts accumulated,which makes the content of the analysis not rigorously and reduces the credibility of the analysis.Also,the results of HAZOP analysis can not inform guidance to workers in drilling operation,and can not satisfy the security needs in actual mechanical process.In view of the defects in HAZOP analysis,HAZOP analysis system based on the model of SDG was introduced in this paper.And an application on hazard analysis of drilling operation was presented.HAZOP analysis system based on the model of SDG has a ability of ratiocinating by using the inner logic of complicated system.Because of these merits,this system is very efficiency to analysis the risk in drilling operation.Compared with the manual HAZOP analysis,the results of this risk analysis are more comprehensive,and the security measures proposed by the method are more directly in instructing workers in process of drilling operation.
