摘 要:从电厂循环冷却塔塔底粘泥分离纯化出了与微生物污垢形成有关的铁细菌、硫酸盐还原菌和粘液形成菌。利用污垢热阻动态模拟装置,在恒定工况下(入口水温30℃,流速0.4 m.s-1),研究了上述三种细菌在不锈钢管换热器中微生物污垢形成的特性,并对在线监测的污垢热阻及形成机理进行了分析,结果表明:粘液形成菌在不锈钢换热器中生物污垢诱导期为56 h,铁细菌为25 h,硫酸盐还原菌为22 h,其中对传热影响最大的为铁细菌,其次为硫酸盐还原菌。The experimental bacteria of Heterotrophic Bacteria, Iron Bacteria and Sulfate Reducing Bacteria were isolated and purified from the dirt of the power plant cycle cooling tower bottom slime. Fouling resistance of three typical bacteria in stainless steel heat exchanger are dynamicly simulated in constant conditions ( water temperature of 30 ℃, flow rate of 0.4 m. s^(-1) by the fouling resistance dynamic simulator. And the online monitoringof biofouling thermal resistance and formation mechanism were analyzed. The results showed that: the biofouXing induction period of Heterotrophic Bacteria on stainless steel heat exchanger is 56 h, Iron Bacte- ria for 25 h, Sulfate Reducing Bacteria for 22 h. And the bacteria of the greatest impact heat transfer on the heat exchanger is the Iron Bacteria, followed by sulfate-reducing bacteria.
