摘 要:在齿轮传动动测实验的基础上,引入有限单元法多场耦合分析和反求技术,提出了面向工程的复杂齿轮传动摩擦多性态概念,建立了复杂齿轮传动的"计算—实验综合模型";利用该综合模型对不同润滑状况下齿面摩擦因数进行了合理的反求,解决了复杂曲面摩擦因数难于求解的问题。Based on the gear drive test experience, the finite element multi field coupling analysis method and technology of computational inverse study are applied. Engineering oriented complex gear drive friction characteristic concept is raised. "Calculation- experiment synthetical model" is built. Teeth friction coefficients are inverse computed by the synthetical model under different lubrication conditions. The problem of complicated teeth friction coefficients is solved reasonably. In comparison with traditional approaches, the settled results are more reasonable since it unites theoretical research system modeling, numerical simulation and experimental test. Quantitative calculation of friction characteristic parameters is completed. Exact research friction coefficients are helpful in building the theoretical calculation system of tooth friction characteristic parameters, searching gear friction principle and upgrading the level of decrease noise and vibration of gear.
