摘  要:针对行星齿轮,研究了基于液压模架的行星齿轮冷闭塞式锻造工艺。应用Deform-3D软件对闭塞式锻造过程进行数值模拟,分析了该工艺的成形效果和载荷情况;引入分流型腔结构,降低了成形载荷。试验验证了该工艺的合理可行性。The closed die forging of bevel gear based on hydraulic die-set was studied to planetary gear. The closed die forging process was simulated by a metal forming finite element software Deform-3D. Forming effect and load were analyzed. By in-troducing the divided flow cavity, the forming load was decreased. The experiment confirmed the feasibility of the process.
