摘  要:本文以内蒙古锡林浩特地区富含的天然浮石作为轻骨料,着重研究了以碳纤维-聚丙烯纤维混杂配置的轻骨料混凝土的力学性能。研究了纤维掺量及纤维几何尺寸抗压强度,劈裂抗拉强度的影响。通过定义混杂系数,以及对抗压,劈裂抗拉强度混杂系数的计算,结合试验结果,说明了纤维的正负混杂效应与纤维体积率的定量关系;同时简单分析了不同几何尺寸纤维在混凝土中的混杂效应机理。研究结果表明:碳纤维与聚丙烯纤维在不同掺量以及不同几何尺寸下混杂,可以产生互补效应,这可为开发高性能水泥基复合材料提供一条有效途径。Taking natural pumice largely existed in the region of Xilinhot in Inner Mongolia as light aggregate, the mechanical properties of light-weight aggregate concrete mixed with carbon fiber and polypropylene fiber were studied in detail. The effect of the fiber content and fiber size on compressive strength and splitting tensile strength were investigated. The positive and negative hybrid effect of fibers and the quantitative relations of fiber volume ratio were explained by the definition of confounding coefficient and the hybrid coefficient calculation of the compressive, splitting tensile strength as well as on the test results and also a simple analysis of the confounding effect of mechanism of the different geometry fiber size in concrete was given. The test results show that the hybrid of the carbon fiber and polypropylene fiber in different content and size can produce the complementary effect which can provide an effective way for the development of high performance cement-based composite materials.
