摘 要:本文以苯胺为聚苯胺源物质合成聚苯胺(PANI),在氯仿溶液里,通过高氯酸(或硫酸、硝酸)等酸化处理得到酸处理PANI,以甲基苯酚和4-硝基邻苯二腈为苯环源物质合成酞菁铜,将二者聚合形成一种新的复合有机气敏材料CuPcxPANI1-x。采用质谱、红外光谱、紫外可见光谱、差热失重等表征。结果表明:质谱分析酞菁分子碎片分子量为234,验证了产物酞菁分子碎片合成过程的正确性;C-H红外图谱吸收峰1164.48 cm-1,证明得到的产物是目标产物;高氯酸处理5种比例的CuPcxPANI1-x紫外-可见光吸收光谱对比图可知,紫外吸收峰向可见光区漂移30多nm,可见光区的吸收峰向紫外区漂移近150 nm;热失重分析可知,CuPc在400~500℃出现放热带,PANI从300℃开始缓慢失重,CuPc-PANI在550℃才略有失重趋势,表明新物质结合力牢固,该材料可以采用蒸发镀膜工艺形成气敏薄膜。This paper aniline as the polyaniline source material synthesis polyaniline (PANI), in the chloroform in the solution, through the high chlorine acid (or sulfuric acid, nitric acid) acidification treatment get was prepared with acid treatment PANI. CuPc was synthesized with p-Cresol and 4 Nitrophthalonitrile as the source material of benzene ring, the two materials, polymerization to form a new composite organic gas sensing materials CuPcxPANI1 -x. Using mass spectrometry, infrared spectroscopy, UV-Vis spectroscopy, differential thermal weight loss and so on to illiterate the characterization. From the mass spectrometry analysis found that the phthalocyanine molecule fragments of molecular weight 234 which verified the correctness of the synthesis process of the product of phthalocyanine molecular fragments. The CH infrared absorption spectrum peak 1164.48 em-1, prove that the product obtained is the target product. Perchloric acid treatment of the proportion of five kinds CuPcxPANI1-x UV visible absorption spectroscopy comparison chart shows the UV absorption peak drift of more than 30 nm to the visible region, the visible absorption peak near 150 nm drift to the ultraviolet region. Thermogravimetric analysis shows that in 400-500℃ CuPc appeared to put the tropics, PANI from 300 ℃ began a slow weightlessness, CuPc-PANI in 550 ℃ have weightlessness trend, showed that the new material binding force strong, the material can form the air sensitive thin film by using the technology of evaporation.
