摘  要:利用镍渣代替混凝土中部分集料,研究其不同添加量对2种不同设计强度混凝土的和易性、与减水剂相容性以及抗压强度等性能的影响。结果表明:镍渣作为细集料取代部分砂子应用在混凝土中是可行的。当掺量达到50%时,C20(混凝土强度等级)和C25混凝土的抗压强度分别为32.87 MPa和36.54 MPa,符合甚至优于设计标准。减水剂可显著改善混凝土的和易性,并提高混凝土的抗压强度,表明镍渣的掺入不影响减水剂与混凝土的相适应性。综合分析确定,镍渣可取代部分砂子用在混凝土行业中,其最佳添加量为50%。Nickel slag was used to replace certain amount of aggregate in concrete in this study. The influences of its dosage on the workability, adaptability to water reducer and the compressive strength of two type concrete were discussed. The results shows that it is applicable for nickel slag to replace certain amount of sand in concrete. The dosage of 50% is determined to be the best for concrete C20 as well as C25. The corresponding compressive strength is up to 32.87 MPa and 36.54 MPa respectively which could meet and even better than the design strength. The workability of concrete was greatly improved and the compressive strength was increased by adding water reducer to concrete mixture which shows that adaptability of water reducer and concrete was not affected analysis, it can be concluded that nickel slag could be used nature sand, and the optimal dosage is 50%. by the nickel slag.
