金因肽联合双料喉风散治疗Ⅲ度放射性皮炎的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨金因肽联合双料喉风散治疗Ⅲ度放射性皮炎的疗效及总结护理要点。方法将34例Ⅲ度放射性皮炎患者随机分为实验组与对照组,每组各17例。实验组患者采用金因肽联合双料喉风散治疗Ⅲ度放射性皮炎,对照组患者只采用金因肽治疗Ⅲ度放射性皮炎。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后实验组患者治疗总有效率为100.0%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为64.7%,两组患者疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金因肽联合双料喉风散治疗Ⅲ度放射性皮炎疗效优于单独采用金因肽,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the curative effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor derivative together with Shuangliao Houlengsan on for degree Ⅲ radioactive dermatitis. Methods 34 patients with degree Ⅲ radioactive dermatitis were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group in equal number. The patients in the experiment group received the treatment by recombinant human epidermal growth factor derivative together with Shuangliao Houfengsan for degree Ⅲ radioactive dermatitis and the control group simply by recombinant human epidermal growth factor derivative. The curative effects of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total efficiency of experimental group was 100% and that of the control group was 64.7% , with significant difference between them （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment with recombinant human epidermal growth factor derivative combined with Shuangliao Houfengsan for the treatment of degree Ⅲ radioactive dermatitis is better than recombinant human epidermal growth factor derivative alone.
