摘　　要：目的探讨3M伤口保护膜联合造口护肤粉在治疗大小便失禁患者会阴部失禁性皮炎中的应用效果。方法选择因大小便失禁引起会阴部失禁性皮炎的47例患者,随机分为实验组(24例)和对照组(23例)。实验组患者采用3M伤口保护膜联合造口护肤粉进行皮肤护理,对照组患者采用传统的皮肤护理方法。比较两组患者皮炎改善情况和皮炎愈合时间及皮炎复发率。结果实验组患者皮炎治疗效果优于对照组,皮炎愈合时间短于对照组,皮炎复发率低于对照组,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用3M伤口保护膜和造口护肤粉治疗因大小便失禁引起的会阴部失禁性皮炎,不仅提高皮炎治疗效果,而且在预防失禁性皮炎的复发方面同样具有较好的效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of 3M no sting barrier film together with ostomy powder on perineal skin care in the patients with incontinence associated dermatitis. Methods 47 patients with incontinence associated dermatitis from July 2009 to October 2010 were divided into the treatment group （24 cases） and the control group （23 cases） at random. The treatment group was treated with 3M no sting barrier film together with ostomy powder, while the controls with traditional skin care method. Student＇s t-test and chi-square test were used to compare the effect of the two nursing method. Results Dermatitis improvement rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. In the treatment group, the average healing time of dermatitis was significantly shorter than that of in the control group. The recurrence rate of dermatitis after healing was significantly lower than that of the control （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The effect of 3M no sting barrier film and ostomy powder is better than that of the traditional nursing for the patients with incontinence associated dermatitis. The joint application is effective both in the treatment of perineal dermatitis and in the prevention of incontinence associated dermatitis.
