云克联合钙剂和维生素D_3治疗原发性骨质疏松症疼痛的疗效及对骨密度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨云克联合钙剂、维生素D3治疗原发性骨质疏松后疼痛的疗效及对骨密度的影响。方法按照入选标准随机选取60例来自我院核医学科的原发性骨质疏松症患者,男28例,女32例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组接受云克联合钙剂、维生素D3治疗,而对照组只服用钙剂、维生素D3,分别于治疗前及治疗后第3、6、12个月检测L2～4及股骨颈骨密度值,并于治疗前和治疗后第7天、第1个月、第3个月、第6个月进行Keele疼痛程度评分。比较治疗前和治疗后两组患者的骨密度及疼痛评分差异。结果两组患者腰椎和股骨颈骨密度治疗前、治疗后3个月和6个月时比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后12个月时两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前疼痛评分间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后第7天、第1个月、第3个月、第6个月时疼痛评分间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论云克联合钙剂和维生素D3可有效缓解原发性骨质疏松患者的疼痛及提高骨密度,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Yunke combined with Calcium and VitD3 on the pain caused by primary osteoporosis and on bone density. Methods 60 patients （28 males and 32 females） with primary osteoporosis from the department of nuclear medicine were randomly selected according to inclusion criteria and were divided into observation group and control group with each group 30 cases. The observation group was given Yunke combined with Calcium and VitD3 , while the con- trol group was only given Calcium and VitD3. The bone density of the second, third, fourth lumbar and femoral neck was detected before treatment and three, six and 12 months after treatment. The Keele pain degree was graded before treatment and seven days, one month, three months and six months after treatment. The bone density and scores of pain degree of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The bone density of lumbar and femoral neck before treatment and three and six months after treatment between the two groups showed no statistically significant differences （P 〉 0. 05 ）, but showed statistically significant differences 12 months after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ） . The score of pain degree before treatment showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, but showed statistically significant difference seven days, one month, three months and six months after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion The combination of Yunke, Calcium and VitD3 can effectively relieve the pain of patients with primary osteoporosis and improve bone density, thus improving their quality of life.
