摘 要:随着船舶大型化和施工工艺水平的提高,一种新型结构类型——钢管板桩组合结构逐渐得到较广泛的应用,但由于桩基施工困难,通常仅应用于砂土或中等硬度黏土地基。文中介绍了一种以桩内旋挖取土的“打挖结合”的沉桩工艺,可实现直径2m的钢管桩穿透厚度6-9m平均标准贯入击数大于80~120击的砂砾石胶结土层,可满足组合结构的精度要求及设计要求的入土深度,该工艺具有很强的现实意义和工程价值,可以为类似的工程提供借鉴。With the development of large-scale ship and improvement of construction technology, a new type of steel tubular-sheet pile combined structure has been used widely. This structure is only used for sand soil or medium-hard clay foundation caused by construction difficulties of pile foundation. This paper introduces a named "combined driving with excavating" pile sinking technology, which has rotary drilling for soil in pile. It is realizable to use 2 m diameter steel pipe pile to penetrate gravel glued layer, which is 6-9 m thickness, and has more than 80-120 blow count of SPT. It can achieve the accuracy and design requirements of penetration depth. The technology has practical significant and engineering value as well as it sets up a good example for other similar engineering works.
