摘 要:目的分析干部保健医务人员的工作现状,提高干部保健工作质量。方法采用问卷调查的方法,从一般情况、职业忠诚度、报酬和待遇、成长与发展及亚健康量表测评等方面进行分析。结果 95%干部保健医务人员热爱本职工作,但85%感到工作压力大,75%对总收入不满意,72.5%不赞同目前实施的职称晋升制度,亚健康状态占50%以上。结论掌握新时期干部保健工作的特点,形成干部保健的学科特色,建立"医院—保健办公室—临床科室"三级管理系统,充分调动干部保健医务人员的积极性。Objective To analyze the current situation of cadre health care staff and improve the quality of the cadre health care. Methods Using the method of questionnaire survey, the cadre health care staff's working status was analyzed in aspects such as the general situation, occupation loyalty, treatment, development, sub-health scale evaluation and so on. Results 95% cadre health care staff love their work but 85% were under the pressure of cadre health care. 75 % were not satisfied with their total revenues, 72.5 % did not agree with the promotion system and sub-health status accounted for more than 50%. Conclusions Master the characteristics of cadre health care work in new period, perform the discipline feature of cadre health care, establish " hospital -- health care office -- clinical department" three level management system, and mobilize the enthusiasm of cadre health care medical staff.
