晚期肝癌患者经外周置入中心静脉导管后常见并发症的护理对策

摘　　要：对30例晚期肝癌患者采用硅胶导管进行PICC置管,探讨晚期肝癌患者经PICC置管后常见并发症的护理。PICC置管血管选择贵要静脉25例,肘正中静脉4例,头静脉1例,置管后进行观察记录。结果显示发生穿刺点渗血30例,导管脱出5例,静脉炎1例,导管堵塞1例。本研究提示晚期肝癌患者PICC置管后并发症发生率相对较高,因此需要护士进行更加细致的导管护理。通过对其原因进行分析,采取相应的预防和处理措施,以降低并发症的发生率,延长导管的使用寿命。To discuss the nursing countermeasures of common complications after peripheral inserting of central venous catheter （PICC） in pa- tients with later period liver cancer. 30 cases of patients were adopted PICC tubing, of which 25 cases of basilic vein, 4 cases of elbow median vein and the left one with cephalic vein, then observing and noting the results after tubing. All of the cases were found to have errhysis at the puncture position. In the complications, there were 5 cases of prolapsing, 1 case of phlebophlogosis and 1 case of blocking. This research indicates that the incidence of complications after PICC is relatively high, so more careful tube nursing is needed for patients. By the analysis to the reason and the application of rele- vant countermeasures, we can hope to decrease its incidence and lengthen the working life of the tubes.
