摘  要:利用仿真软件AMESim建立了水轮机调速器主配压阀的静态模型,并对主配压阀静态特性中的泄漏流量、中位泄漏流量、压力—流量特性等进行了仿真分析。结果表明:阀芯在中位时泄漏流量最大;主配压阀搭叠量为0时,中位泄漏流量随着系统压力的增加而线性增加;负载流量与负载压降成反比,与阀芯位移成正比。The static model of giant main distributing valve of hydraulic turbine governor is established with AMESim, And the static characteristics including leakage flow rate, middle-position leakage flow rate, pressure-flow characteristics of main distributing valve are analyzed by simulation. The conclusions are drawn that the leakage flow rate is maximum when the spool is in middle position; the middle-position leakage flow rate increases linearly proportional to the system pressure when the overlap quantity of the main distributing valve is zero; the load flow is proportional to the displacement of spool while it is inverse proportional to the load pressure drop.
