内幕交易规制制度的问题及其完善

摘　　要：内幕交易对我国证券市场的危害不言而喻,打击内幕交易势在必行。2010年出台的《关于依法打击和防控资本市场内幕交易的意见》,就依法打击和防控内幕交易工作进行了统筹安排和全面部署,充分显示出管理层对严厉打击内幕交易的高度重视。然而内幕交易却依然屡禁不止,针对这种现象,指出我国内幕交易规制制度存在的问题并探讨其解决方法,以期维持中国证券市场的稳定秩序、保护投资者利益。The harm of insider trading on security market in China goes without saying, and to crack down insider trading is imperative. The ＂Proposals on Cracking Down, Preventing and Controlling Insider Trading in Capital Market according to Law＂ published in 2010 arranges comprehensively and disposes totally on cracking down, preventing and controlling insider trading by law, which shows that the government pays high attention to strictly crack down insider trading. However, insider trading is still repeated time and again. According to this phenomenon, the problems of regulation institution of insider trading are pointed out, and countermeasures are proposed, in order to maintain the stable order of security market in China, and to protect the interests of investors.
