孕妇凝血功能与妊娠结局相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨孕妇的凝血功能与妊娠结局的相关性。方法:选取2010年2月-2011年8月间在笔者所在医院住院的100例临产产妇为研究对象,另选同期在笔者所在医院接受健康体检的100例非孕妇女为对照组。检测两组纤维蛋白原(Fg)水平、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、D-二聚体及抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)活性。统计产后巨大儿、胎膜早破、畸形、胎儿窘迫、早产和新生儿发病发生率。结果:孕妇组PT和APTT指标与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);TT较对照组显著缩短,AT-Ⅲ活性显著下降,Fg水平和D-二聚体明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孕妇凝血功能的检查可尽早发现凝血功能的变化,对预防不良妊娠结局、确保母婴健康有重要意义。Objective：To study the pregnant women coagulant function and the correlation of the pregnancy outcome.Method：100 cases of birth mothers were selected from February 2010 to August 2011 in our hospital as the research object,100 cases of healthy pregnant women’s were checked up in the same period in our hospital as the control group.Fibrinogen （Fg） level,prothrombin time （PT）,thrombin time （TT）,activate part of thrombin time （APTT）,the d-dimer and anticoagulant Ⅲ enzyme （AT-Ⅲ） activity of two groups were testes.And the postpartum great son,premature rupture of membranes broken,deformity,fetal distress,the incidence of disease and premature babies were compared.Result：Compared with the control group, the index of PT and APTT in pregnant women group were no statistically significant difference （ P 0.05） ;TT was significantly shorten,AT-Ⅲ activity decreased significantly,the Fg level and the d-dimer significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference were statistically significant （ P 0.05）.Conclusion：Pregnant women blood clotting inspection can be found coagulant function changes as early as possible,and has the important meaning to prevent adverse pregnancy outcome and make sure to maternal and child health.
