摘 要:为稳定卷烟生产叶丝干燥过程的工艺参数,采用含水率平行移动法对叶丝干燥工序前后的叶丝含水率同时进行调整,通过保持烘丝过程单位时间内脱水量的一致,以减小烘丝机运行参数的变化。与传统通过调整烘丝机筒体温度和热风温度等工艺参数仅控制出口叶丝含水率的方法相比,采用含水率平行移动法后,①烘后叶丝含水率标准偏差下降了21.4%,Cpk提高47.2%;叶丝温度标准偏差下降33.1%,Cpk提高35.7%;热风温度标准偏差下降30.0%,Cpk提高43.9%;筒体温度标准偏差下降23.2%,Cpk提高45.8%;②加香后烟丝含水率标准偏差下降了26.4%,Cpk提高49.1%;③成品烟支的感官质量总得分提高0.27分。In order to stabilize the technical parameters in cut tobacco drying, the moisture content in cut tobacco before and after drying was simultaneously adjusted with moisture content parallel shift method. The variation of running parameters of cut tobacco drier minimized by keeping the dehydration amount virtually unchanged during cut tobacco drying. Comparing with the method of regulating cylinder and hot air temperatures, when moisture content parallel shift method was used, 1) the standard deviation of moisture content in dried cut tobacco reduced by 21.4%, Cpk increased by 47.2%; the standard deviation of temperature of dried cut tobacco reduced by 33.1%, Cpk increased by 35.7%; the standard deviation of hot air temperature reduced by 30.0%, Cpk increased by 43.9%; the standard deviation of temperature of cylinder body reduced by 23.2%, Cpk increased by 45.8%. 2) The standard deviation of moisture content in cut tobacco after flavoring reduced by 26.4%, Cpk increased by 49.1%. 3) The total sensory quality score of cigarette increased by 0.27 points.
