昆山市流动人口子女学校教职工对突发公共卫生事件防控知识行为的调查

摘　　要：目的了解昆山市流动人口子女学校教职工预防控制学校突发公共卫生事件的知识及行为现状,为指导学校开展突发公共卫生事件预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法选择全部13所流动人口子女民办学校,采取分层随机抽样方法,各校抽取小学1～6年级班主任、任课老师及行政后勤人员20名,进行匿名自填问卷调查。结果 232名教职工学校突发公共卫生事件防控相关知识行为总正确率为75.8%。14道知识题中有关流行性腮腺炎、最易发生的食物中毒、突发公共卫生事件上报时限及第一责任人等4题正确率均低于50%,仅有2题高于90%;所调查10项防控行为,在指导接种疫苗、卫生防病知识宣传及新生入学预防接种证查验等3个方面正确率都低于80%。结论流动人口子女学校教职工突发公共卫生事件防控知识行为正确率较低,其知识水平亟待提高,预防控制行为需进一步提升。[Objective]To know the current situation of knowledge and behavior about public health emergency prevention and control of teachers in migrant children schools in Kunshan City,provide a scientific basis for guiding prevention and control of public health emergencies in schools.[Methods]All of 13 private schools of migrant children in Kunshan City were selected.By using stratified random sampling,20 teachers（including headteachers,class teachers and logistic personnel） were sampled from each school,and the anonymous self-administered questionnaire investigation was conducted.[Results]The total correct rate of knowledge about public health emergency prevention and control in school of 232 teachers was 75.8%.Among 14 questions,the correct rates of mumps,the food poisoning which has the highest incidence rate,the time limit of report of public health emergency and person of the first responsibility were lower than 50%,and that of only 2 questions were higher than 90%.Among 10 behaviors about prevention and control,the correct rates of vaccination guidance,health knowledge education and inspection of immunization record card of new students were lower than 80%.[Conclusion]The correct rates of knowledge and behavior about public health emergency prevention and control of teachers in migrant children schools are low,their knowledge need to be improved,and behaviors of prevention and control should be further promoted.
