摘  要:目的建立一种简便、快速、准确可靠的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定全血中的铅。方法用氯化钯作为基体改进剂,全血用4%硝酸脱去蛋白,经离心后取上清液直接进样,氘灯校正背景,石墨炉原子吸收法进行测定。结果方法的线性范围为0~80μg/L,相关系数为0.999 9,RSD为1.17%~6.46%,加标回收率为86.0%~98.8%,方法的检出限为0.5μg/L。结论该法准确度、精密度良好,样品不需消化,污染小,是一种简单、快速、可行的测定全血铅的方法。[Objective]To develop a simple,rapid and accurate method to determine lead in the whole blood with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS).[Methods]Taking palladium chloride as matrix modifiers,after the protein in whole blood was removed by 4% nitric acid and centrifugal separation,D2 lamp was used for background correction,the whole blood lead was determined by GFAAS.[Results] The standard curve was linear in the range of 0-80 μg/L;correlation coefficient was 0.999 9;RSD were 1.17-6.46%;the recoveries were 86.0%-98.8%;detection limit was 0.5 μg/L.[Conclusion]This method is characterized by good accuracy and precision,no digestion process and little pollution.It is a simple,fast and feasible method for determination of lead in whole blood.
