摘　　要：目的掌握四平市人间布鲁杆菌病(布病)疫情动态,为制定布病防治策略提供科学依据。方法采用流行病学、血清学监测方法,掌握布病疫情现状。结果 2004—2011年血清学检查阳性864人,阳性率12.35%;确诊新发病例633例,隐性感染231例;亚急性、慢性布病病例所占比例近年呈现下降趋势;病例以被动检出为主(79.62%)。结论四平市布鲁杆菌病疫情近年上升,各县(市)均报告新发病例,疫情主要集中在双辽市,相关部门应加强预防控制工作。[Objective]To master the epidemic trend of brucellosis in Siping City,and provide scientific evidence for developing preventive and control measures.[Methods]The incidence of brucella was analyzed by epidemiology,serological methods.[Results] From 2004-2011,864 cases were positive examined by serological surveillance.The positive rate was 12.35%.There were 633 new cases with brucellosis and 231 cases with latent infection.The proportion of subacute and chronic cases declined by years,and most cases were detected passive（79.2%）.[Conclusion]The epidemic situation has increased in Siping City recently.There are new cases reported in all areas.The epidemic occurrence is mainly in Shuangliao Country.Related department should strengthen brucellosis prevention and control.
