摘　　要：目的了解某部队人员焦虑与睡眠状况,为今后有针对性地开展心理健康教育和心理干预工作提供依据。方法随机抽取某部不同工作岗位的特殊作业军人112名,分别用状态-特质焦虑量表和睡眠量表进行问卷调查。结果有效问卷101份,研究对象中,存在特质焦虑或状态焦虑的占76.23%,有58.42%的被调查者同时存在状态焦虑和特质焦虑,有65.35%的被调查者存在睡眠质量下降或睡眠障碍,睡眠与焦虑有一定关系(χ2=4.36,P<0.05)。结论在部队一线的作业人员群体中存在着不同程度的焦虑及睡眠问题,应对其加强心理疏导和教育工作。[Objective]To understand the anxiety and sleep condition of troopers in an army,and provide evidence for implementation of targeted mental health education and psychological interventions.[Methods]A total of 122 special operators were selected from different work posts by random sampling,STAI（State-Trait Anxiety Inventory） scale and sleep scale was adopted for questionnaire survey,respectively.[Results]Totally 101 questionnaires were valid,76.23% of surveyed troopers had trait anxiety or state anxiety,58.42% had both trait anxiety and state anxiety,65.35% had sleep quality decreasing or sleep disorders which showed that sleep was associated with anxiety（χ2=4.36,P0.05）.[Conclusion]There are different levels of anxiety and sleep question in frontline operators in armies.It is necessary to enhance mental education for them.
