摘　　要：武钢第三炼钢厂以其先进的工艺和技术装备 ,开发了一系列高附加值、替代进口的低合金钢 ,如桥梁用钢 1 4MnNbq等 ;低合金钢在武钢第三炼钢厂品种结构中的比例由开工的 0 %上升到现在的3 2 %。通过对冶炼低合金钢工艺的不断优化 ,其生产的低合金钢的铸坯质量和产品性能达到了较高的水准 ,满足了用户对不同低合金钢不同的质量需求。On basis of advanced technology and equipment, No.3 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO has developed a series of high added-value products, substituting imported low-alloy steel, eg:14MnNbq. Low-alloy steel ratio in production schedule of No.3 Steelmaking Plant has rised from 0% to 32%. Through optimization of smelting process, the quality and performance of low alloy slabs have reached high level and satisfied customers′ various needs.
