摘　　要：平衡计分卡是一种以"因果关系"为纽带,集战略、过程、行为与结果于一体,财务指标与非财务指标相融合的绩效评价系统。根据图书馆管理的特点,平衡计分卡可应用于图书馆战略管理绩效评估中。依据具有因果关系的效益维度、读者维度、内部运行维度及学习与增值维度设置目标并构建的图书馆战略管理绩效模型,能够全面评价图书馆的运行绩效,为图书馆战略管理及运行经费的获取提供强有力的决策支持。Balanced scorecard is the performance evaluation system with ＂causal relationship＂ as a link, which is the integration of strategies, processes, behaviors and results, and is the combination of financial indicators and non-financial indicators. According to characteristics of the library management, balanced scorecard could be used in the performance evaluation of the library strategic management. Library strategic management performance model is built according to the effectiveness dimension, the reader dimension, the internal operating dimension and the learning and value-added dimension. It could evaluate the running performance of the library all sidedly, provide powerful decision supports for the library strategic management and the acquisition of operating funds.
