摘  要:利用工业试验研究了薄板坯连铸带液芯轻压下过程变形抗力及拉坯阻力与轻压下变形量、挤压速度、拉坯速度、铸坯厚度等工艺参数及操作条件之间的关系 ,揭示了轻压下变形过程的力学特点 。Based on industrial tests, parameters used in soft reduction operation in thin slab continuous casting with liquid core strand, such as resistance to deformation, withdrawal resistance and soft reduction deformation, press speed, casting speed and strand thickness etc., are studied, together with the relationships between each other and between the operating conditions. The article presents the mechanical feature of the soft reduction deformation and puts forward rational operating methods for the process.
