摘　　要：介绍了用有限元分析十字轴式万向接轴的建模方法和分析思路 ,讨论了十字轴、轴承座及叉形座的应力分布、接轴的结构设计。This paper presents an analysis of the method of cross universal joint using FEM.Based on the model, the stresses in the cross,bearing seat and furcating seat are calculated, and the structure optimization of main components and prestressing force of the bearing seat are discussed.
