平敏冲剂治疗慢性湿疹及其对患者血清中TNF-2α,sIL-2R和ECP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察平敏冲剂对慢性湿疹患者的疗效及其对血清肿瘤坏死因子2α(TNF-2α)、可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)、嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平的影响。方法:将71例慢性湿疹患者随机分为平敏冲剂组与西替利嗪组,采用ELISA法检测两组治疗前后血清TNF-2α,sIL-2R及ECP水平,并观察疗效。结果:平敏冲剂组有效率86.1%,西替利嗪组有效率54.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且平敏冲剂组复发率8.0%低于西替利嗪组41.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。慢性湿疹患者血清TNF-2α,sIL-2R及ECP水平较健康组明显升高(P<0.01),平敏冲剂组与西替利嗪组比较能显著降低患者血清中的TNF-2α[(36.93±9.51),(42.83±11.72)ng.L-1,(P<0.05)],sIL-2R[(46.42±10.61),(53.34±15.66)μg.L-1,(P<0.05)],ECP[(25.81±9.64),(30.16±8.68)μg.L-1,(P<0.05)]。结论:平敏冲剂对慢性湿疹具有良好的疗效,调节TNF-2α,sIL-2R与ECP的血清水平可能是其作用机制。Objective： To study effect of Pingmin Granule （PMG） on chronic eczema and its impact on tumor necrosis factor 2a （TNF-2ct） , soluble inter leukin 2 thereceptor （slL-2R） and eosinophil cationic protein （ECP） levels. Method： The effects of PMG and cetirizine on chronic eczema patients in two groups were observed respectively, and the serum levels of TNF-2ct, slL-2R and ECP were measured by ELISA before and after treatment. Result： In PMG group effective rate was 86.1% vs 54.3% （cetirizine） and recurrence rate was 8.0% vs 44.4% （cetirizine） （ all P 〈 0.05）. Serum levels of TNF-2ct, slL-2R and ECP in patients were higher than those in normal subjects （P 〈 0.01 ） , and PMG group could be significantly lower than cetirizine group in the serum of patients with TNF-2a [ （36.93 ±9.51）, （42.83 ±11.72） ng · L^（-1）, （P〈0.05）], slL-2R [ （46.42±10.61）, （53.34±15.66） μg· L-z, （P〈0.05）], ECP [ （25.81±9.64）, （30.16±8.68） μg · L^（-1）, （ P 〈 0.05 ） ] after treatment. Conclusion ： PMG has effect on chronic eczema, its regulation on serum levels o f TNF-2ot, slL-2R and ECP may be the meehanism of action.
