益精方对少、弱精子症患者精浆活性氧水平影响的研究

摘　　要：目的观察益精方对少、弱精子症患者精浆活性氧水平的影响；方法采用自身前后对照的临床试验设计方法，观察益精方对30例少、弱精子症患者治疗前后精浆超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、丙二醛（MDA）、尿酸（UA）的改善情况；结果经服用益精方治疗3个月后，少、弱精子症患者精浆SOD较治疗前提高，MDA较前降低，差别明显，P〈0．05；尿酸水平较前也有提高，但在P=0．05水平差别不明显。结论益精方可以降低精浆活性氧水平，提高精浆抗氧化酶含量，这可能是益精方改善精子活力的一个重要途径。Objective To investigate the effects of Yi.ling Fang on the level of reactive oxygen species（ROS） in seminal plasma of patients with oligoathenoteratospermia. Methods The levels of superoxide dismutase（SOD）, malondialdehyde （MDA）, UA（Uric Acid） in the seminal plasma of patients with oligoathenoteratospermia were detceted respectively before and after the treatment of Yi Jing Fang. Results After three month treatment with Yi Jing Fang, the level of seminal plasma SOD of patients was increased significantly （P〈0.05） and the level of seminal plasma MDA was significantly decreased （P〈0.05）, but no obviously change was found in the level of seminal plasma UA （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Yi Jing Fang can improve the levels of seminal plasma SOD and UA, and reduce the level of seminal plasma MDA, which might be an important pathway to cure the disease.
