藏药长毛风毛菊中木犀草素和异鼠李素含量快速测定法的建立

摘　　要：目的采用HPLC同时测定长毛风毛菊中木犀草素和异鼠李素的含量.方法 Eclipse XOB-C18(150×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇和水(含0.05%的磷酸)梯度洗脱,流速1mL.min-1,检测波长350nm,柱温35℃.结果木犀草素和异鼠李素的线性范围分别为0.106～5.81μg(r=0.9996),0.113～6.94μg(r=0.9997);平均回收率分别为99.14%(RSD=1.47%)和98.96%(RSD=0.99%).结论该方法可用于藏药长毛风毛菊中木犀草素和异鼠李素含量的同时快速、准确测定.Objective To establish a quantitative method of simultaneously determination of luteolin and lsorhamnetin in Saussurea hieracioides Hook.f by HPLC.Methods The sample was separated on column of Eclipse XOB-C18（150×4.6 mm,5μm）with gradient elution,the mobile phase was comprised of methanol and water（0.05% phosphoric acid）.The flow rate was 1mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 350 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃.Results The linear ranges of luteolin and lsorhamnetin were 0.106~5.81 μg（r=0.9996）,0.113~6.94μg（r=0.9997）respectively;The average recoveries were 99.14%（RSD=1.47%）and 98.96%（RSD=0.99%）,respectively.Conclusions The method is rapid and precise.
