和谐新农村建设与体育的关系研究

摘　　要：明确我国和谐的基本命题和本质,分析现阶段影响我国建设和谐新农村的主要因素和主要矛盾,对体育的准公共产品性和体育的社会服务性功能进行分析,提出体育活动对满足新农村、新农民的文化和精神的切实需求,继而施行对人的改造.梳理体育与和谐农村间的辩证关系,可以明确体育对建设和谐新农村的实际作用和意义.This article is aimed at analyzing the crucial factors and main obstacles to affect the construc- tion of the Chinese harmonious countryside at the present time on the basis of clarifying the proposition and the inbeing of Harmony. PE, as one of the quasi--public products with its social service can, by means of its various activities, practically satisfy the cultural and spiritual demands of the new farmers in the new countryside. Furthermore,PE is possible to reshape the farmers~ personality. In order to con- struct the harmonious new countryside, this article think it realistic and meaningful to make sure the dialec- tical relationships between PE and the countryside.
