肾脏患者静脉肾盂造影术后的临床护理

摘　　要：目的:对肾脏患者肾盂造影术后的临床护理效果进行分析。方法:选取2011年1月至12月因肾脏不适前来就诊的120例患者作为临床研究对象,并对其采用肾盂造影术进行病情诊断。做好术前术后护理,并观察患者在造影过程中的不良反应,及时采取相应的护理措施。结果:120例参与肾脏造影术的患者,出现严重不良反应的有2例,需终止造影,病情一般的有5例。经过适当的护理后,症状消失者可以继续进行造影术,其余113例患者均能顺利完成造影手术。结论:通过对静脉肾盂造影术后患者实施护理,可以效减少造影术后出现的不良反应。Objective：renal patients pyelography postoperative clinical nursing effect analysis.Methods：from 2011January to December due to kidney stones came in 120 patients as clinical research subjects,and patients with pyelography for disease diagnosis,the patients do the preoperative and postoperative care,and observation of patients during the examination of adverse reactions,and to take corresponding nursing measures.Results：120 cases were involved in renal angiography in patients with serious adverse reactions of2 cases,need to terminate the contrast,there were 5 cases of illness,patients with proper care,symptoms can continue angiography,the remaining 113 patients can be successfully completed contrast operation.Conclusion：on the basis of kidney in patients with intravenous pyelography in postoperative nursing care of patients with postoperative angiography can effectively reduce the adverse reactions.
