椎体成形术治疗椎体压缩骨折中骨水泥渗漏的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析进行椎体成形术治疗的椎体压缩骨折患者中骨水泥渗漏的情况,从而了解椎体成形术治疗对发生椎体压缩骨折患者中骨水泥渗漏的防治作用。方法:回顾性分析进行椎体成形术治疗的椎体压缩骨折患者的临床资料,通过观察患者在椎体成形术前后的中柱平均高度、视觉疼痛模拟评分、骨水泥注入量、椎体周壁有无破坏及功能评分,进行对比分析。结果:确诊为椎体压缩骨折的56例患者均进行了椎体成形术,根据手术前后的对比发现,患者的中柱平均高度、视觉疼痛模拟评分、骨水泥注入量、椎体周壁有无破坏和功能评分的比较差别有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:中柱平均高度、骨水泥注入量以及椎体周壁有无破坏是引起椎体成形术治疗的椎体压缩骨折患者中骨水泥渗漏情况发生的最主要原因,只有提高手术技术,才能防止并发症的发生。Objective：Through a retrospective analysis on the bone cement leakage conditions of patients with vertebral compression fractures and treated with vertebroplasty,the effect of vertebroplasty treatment on the prevention of bone cement leakage of patients with vertebral compression fracture is known.Method：The patients with vertebral compression fracture and treated with vertebroplasty were retrospectively analyzed;through an observation on patients＇ middle column average height,visual pain simulation scores,bone cement injection amount,damage around centrum and functional scores before and after vertebroplasty treatment respectively,a comparative analysis was made.Result：56 patients were definitely diagnosed with vertebral compression fracture,and all of them were treated with vertebroplasty respectively;through the comparison on the conditions before and after treatment,it was found that the comparive differences between patients in middle column average height,visual pain simulation scores,bone cement injection amount,damage around centrum and functional scores before treatment are of statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Middle column average height,bone cement injection amount and damage around centrum are the primary reasons for giving rise to the bone cement leakage of the patients with vertebral compression fracture and treated with vertebroplasty.Therefore,the occurrence of complications can be prevented only if the techniques of medical workers are enhanced in operation.
