对肺结核患者进行健康教育指导效果的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨分析对肺结核患者进行健康教育指导的效果。方法对2011年1月至2012年1月期间在我院接受治疗的72例肺结核患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们依据是否对其实施健康教育指导的原则将这72例患者分为研究组和对照组。其中研究组有30例患者,对照组有42例患者。我们对对照组患者进行常规护理。对研究组患者在进行常规护理的基础上,进行健康教育指导。结果研究组患者临床症状的改善情况明显优于对照组患者,二者相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在进行常规护理的基础上对肺结核患者实施健康教育指导,可以有效地改善其病情,提高其治疗的效果。此方法值得在临床上推广使用。objective analysis on pulmonary tuberculosis patients in health education effect.Methods from 2011 January to 2012 January in our hospital for treatment of 72 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed.We according to whether the implementation of health education the guiding principles of the 72 patients were divided into study group and control group.The study group 30 cases,control group 42 cases.The patients in the control group routine nursing care.The study group patients in routine care based on guidance,health education.Results the study group patients with improvement of clinical symptoms was significantly better than the control group of two patients,compared the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion in the regular routine nursing care on the basis of pulmonary tuberculosis patients implemented health education guidance,can effectively improve its condition,to improve its therapeutic effect.This method is worth using widely in clinic.
