摘  要:[目的]利用分子遗传标记对浙江地区的浮萍多样性进行分析。[方法]收集浙江省不同地区的6株浮萍,通过形态学特征、叶绿体基因组的rpS16内含子序列及atpF-atpH条形码序列分析浮萍的遗传多样性。[结果]形态学鉴定表明,HN-YG-3和HZ-YXY-1浮萍属紫萍属,而HZ-HZY-2、HA-LP-4、HA-HSD-5和ZS-DH-6浮萍属浮萍属。atpF-atpH序列分析表明,HZ-HSD-5浮萍和HZ-HZY-2浮萍亲缘关系最近;rpS16内含子序列分析表明,ZS-DH-6浮萍和HA-HSD-5浮萍亲缘关系最近。[结论]叶绿体基因组和atpF-atpH条形码序列分子遗传标记较形态学鉴定更能反映出浮萍遗传多样性的特点,为今后浮萍资源的开发利用提供了更多的参考依据。[Objective] To analyze diversity of duckweeds in Zhejiang Province by using molecular genetics markers.[Method] Six strains of duckweeds were collected from different area in Zhejiang.The duckweeds diversity was investigated through morphological identification and analysis of rpS16 introns sequences and atpF-atpH barcode sequence of the chloroplast genome.[Result] The morphological characters showed that HN-YG-3 and HZ-YXY-1 belong to Spirodela,while HZ-HZY-2,HA-LP-4,HA-HSD-5 and ZS-DH-6 belong to Lemna.According to the atpF-atpH barcode sequence analysis,HZ-HSD-5 and HZ-HZY-2 appeared close relationship;while according to the rpS16 introns sequence analysis,ZS-DH-6 and HA-HSD-5 appeared close relationship.[Conclusion] The analysis based on molecular genetics markers is better to reflect on the genetic diversity than morphological identification,which will provide more reference for further study on development and utilization of duckweeds resources.
