不同营养液对西伯利亚百合花期生理的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨营养液对西伯利亚百合(Lilium brownii var.viridulum)花期的影响。[方法]将西伯利亚百合鲜切花置于3种营养液(蔗糖、GA3和6-BA)中瓶插培养,用清水作对照,测定切花的主要生理生化指标。[结果]蔗糖可以明显延长西伯利亚百合花期,但是中后期叶片发黄枯萎厉害;GA3能保持叶片发绿,但花期较短;6-BA的效果居中。3种营养液不同程度地延长了盛花期,也延缓了可溶性蛋白质含量的降低,减缓蛋白质降解,均以GA330 mg/L处理效果最佳。[结论]该研究可为生产实践中西伯利亚百合切花的保鲜提供科学的方法。[Objective] The purpose was to discuss the effects of nutrient solutions on flowering period of Siberia Lily.[Method] Siberia Lily cut flowers were cultivated in three kinds of nutrient solutions（cane sugar,GA3 and 6-BA） in bottle choosing water as control and then determined and studied its main physiological and biochemical indices.[Result] The result showed that cane sugar significantly prolonged the flowering period,but later yellow leaf wilted badly;GA3 kept the leaves green,but the flowering period shortened;6-BA＇s effect was in the middle.Three kinds of solutions extended the flowering period in different degree,also delayed the soluble protein content decreasing and the protein content degradation,GA3 30 mg/L treatment＇s effect was the best.[Conclusion] The study provides a scientifical method for keeping Siberia Lily flowers fresh in production practices.
