摘  要:[目的]分析辽宁省近几年水稻(Oryza sativa L.)品种品质性状,了解各种环境因子对稻米品质的影响,以改良水稻的品质。[方法]以近几年辽宁省新育成的70个中熟品种为材料,对其品质性状以及品质性状与部分生态因子进行相关分析。[结果]不同品种的稻米品质性状中,垩白粒率、垩白度差异较大,降低垩白性状有利于提高整体品质育种水平;品质性状间存在复杂相关,垩白度与直链淀粉含量存在显著的负相关,品质育种应该考虑其相关性;品质形成受温度、光照时数影响较大,灌浆初期高温和成熟期日照时数多均有利于降低稻米垩白粒率,提高稻米品质。[结论]该研究可为加速优质稻米的生产发展提供参考。[Objective] The purpose was to analyze the quality traits of rice germplasms in recent years of Liaoning,and know all kings of environmental factors' effects on rice quality and then deeply modify it.[Method] Taking 70 mid-maturity germplasms bred in recent years of Liaoning as materials,the quality traits and correlation of quality traits and ecological factors were analyzed.[Result] The results showed that there were significant differences between quality traits of chalky grain rate and chalk degree among germplasums.Quality breeding level would be stimulated by the decreasing of chalky traits.The correlation of quality traits must be paid more attention in quality breeding because of the significant differences among quality traits.Temperature and sunshine duration had significant affections on quality formation.Chalky grain rate might be reduced by high temperature during the beginning of grain filling stage and long sunshine duration during the mature stage.[Conclusion] The study provides a reference for speeding good quality rice production and development.
