中国桃花水母属各物种分类标准及分布的重要性

摘　　要：只有先明确了中国桃花水母属各物种的分类标准,研究各物种的分布情况,才能进一步探讨环境因素变化对中国桃花水母的影响。结合当前国际上通用的分类学研究手段,对目前文献中我国桃花水母的分类情况进行分析,指出我国在桃花水母分类上的不足之处。我国目前主要依据形态学的描述与比较来对桃花水母进行分类,但桃花水母的形态会因生长发育的不同阶段、不同的生理周期以及各地生存环境的差异而发生变化,因此分类上存在一些含糊不清的问题。可将分子生物学技术运用于桃花水母的研究,建立桃花水母的PCR与DNA测序分析技术,测定其基因组序列,用于桃花水母的辅助分类,再结合形态学上的一致性来对我国的桃花水母进行分类。Combining with international common method,the classification of Craspedacusta in literatures of China were analyzed,the shortcomings were pointed out.In our country,we always classifying Craspedacusta according to description of morphology and comparison,while the morphology of Craspedacusta changed in different stages of growth and development,different physiological period and difference of environment,so the classification method for Craspedacusta in China is not scientific.The molecular biology technique could be used in study of Craspedacusta,PCR and DNA sequence-detecting technique was established to determine the genome sequence which is used for assistant classification,then,combining with consistency of morphology,Craspedacusta was classified.
