摘  要:[目的]研究4种积云对流参数化方案在华南地区气候模拟中的适用性。[方法]利用意大利国际理论物理研究中心(ICTP)发展的最新版区域气候模式RegCM4,选用Anthes-Kuo(KUO)、Grell-Arakawa&Schubert(GAK)、Grell-Fritsch&Chappell(GFC)和MIT-Emanuel(MIT)4种积云对流参数化方案,分别对华南地区气候进行了长达10年(2000~2009年)的高分辨率(水平分辨率25 km)数值积分,对比研究了4种不同积云参数化方案模拟的华南地区温度和降水的差异。[结果]对比同期Climatic Research Unit(CRU)观测的地面温度和降水资料,4种积云参数化方案基本上均抓住了华南地区温度和降水的时空分布特征,但对温度模拟出了-2℃(1℃)的冷(暖)偏差,且均低估了华南地区的降水,尤其是GAK和KUO方案,相对CRU观测低估降水50%左右;KUO和MIT方案对温度的模拟比其他2个方案优秀,而MIT和GFC对降水的模拟比KUO和GAK优秀。[结论]研究结果为RegCM4在华南地区的应用提供参考。[Objective] The research aims to study the applicability of four cumulus parameterization schemes on modeling the climate of South China.[Method] Four cumulus parameterizationn schemes,Anthes-Kuo(KUO),Grell-ArakawaSchubert(GAK),Grell-FritschChappell(GFC) and MIT-Emanuel(MIT) in the latest regional climate model(RegCM4) developed by the Abdus Salam International Center for Theoretical Physics(ICTP) is evaluated in South China.Four tests are carried out for the past decade(2000-2009) with a high horizontal resolution of 25 km.All the conditions of the four tests are same except the cumulus parameterization scheme.The differences of temperature and precipitation simulated by the above four schemes is analyzed.[Result] In comparison to the observed temperature and precipitation data from Climatic Research Unit(CRU),the four schemes all capture the characteristic of the temperature and precipitation distribution in South China,but the four schemes simulated annual mean temperature show a cold(warm) bias of-2 ℃(1 ℃) in south China.On the other hand,all of them underestimate the precipitation of South China,particularly for KUO scheme.It underestimates 50% precipitation compared with those of CRU observed.The performance of KUO and MIT on the simulation of the temperature in South China is better than those of GFC and GAK simulated,and the performance of MIT and GFC on the simulation of the precipitation distribution is better than those of KUO and GAK simulated.[Conclusion] Our result provides a certain reference for the application of RegCM4 in South China.
